This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioners are called for enquiry only, as the complaint has been given by the mother of the first petitioner for woman missing and therefore, the petitioners are not harasssed.
