Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANGAI AMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.)

After advancing some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect and also made a request to this Court to fix a date for final hearing of this Criminal Appeal.

2. This Court heard the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is also brought to the knowledge of this Court that the papers have already been prepared.
