ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the eighth respondent. 2/5
2.The writ petitioners had submitted representation dated 21.12.2022 for cancelling certain documents registered in respect of the petition mentioned lands. Notice was issued. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the eighth respondent that the issue has been amicably resolved and that the petitioners do not want to pursue the matter.
4.This writ petition is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise dated 11.03.2024 executed between the parties. The petitioners P.L.Annamalai as well as R.Shanthi are present before me and their identity is duly confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The eighth respondent is also present in person and his identity is confirmed by Thiru.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the eighth respondent. The memo of compromise shall form a part of this order. 3/5
5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
