on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Karthick, aged about 19 years, S/o.Kalithass, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkotti, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.1327, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department dated 14.03.2022, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
