RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for furnishing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District in the Anticipatory bail order of this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.5595/2019 by order dated 15.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.LOGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5595 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5595 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, the time limit granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5595 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
