Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1791 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1791 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the same, the time limit granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1791 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019 is extended further

for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
