Seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall not be harassed.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
