Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VIJAYARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22931 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22931 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
