ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 made a submission that the fifth respondent has involved in another criminal case also in Cr.No.286 of 2017, dated 06.11.2017 under Sections 294(b), 342, 506(i) and 302 of IPC. In view of the fact that the criminal case has been registered against the fifth respondent second time, the fifth respondent was placed under suspension and as of now, he is continuing in suspension. Thus, the competent authorities are empowered to continue the departmental disciplinary proceedings by following the procedures contemplated. In view of the fact that the fifth respondent is already under suspension, no further consideration is required.
