RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD). No.4191/2019 dated 02.04.2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4191 of 2019, dated 02.04.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. 2.Heard Mr.S.Karthick Subramanian, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 06.04.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court is being complied with by the petitioner and the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4191 of 2019 on 02.04.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am, for a period of four weeks.
