O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation in crime No.347 of 2019 from the file of the 4th Respondent to any other police station for conducting an impartial investigation in this case.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed on 05.12.2019 and the final report has been made ready for the offences under Sections 120B, 109, 294 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No. 1208 of 2020 (b), 302, 498(A) and 449 of IPC. The Sub-Inspector of Police has filed an affidavit regarding the same.
