Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BALASUBRAMANIAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition insofar as to give common surety in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15695 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are hailing from Chennai and hence, they are not in a position to arrange sureties from Karaikudi.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that it is a matrimonial dispute.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.496 of 2021 of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
