ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.172 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ Section 306 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.One Benila lodged a complaint alleging that the first accused married her daughter on 29.08.2012 and both are living with her for a period of one year and thereafter, the first accused and her daughter Nabolo were living separately and on 17.05.2015 at about 10.00 a.m., quarrel arose between the husband and wife and the other accused have intervened and thereafter, on 18.05.2015, she committed suicide. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that the co-accused were already granted bail by this Court on 10.06.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10278 of 2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is no dowry harassment and the co-accused were already released on bail by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
