This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No. 441 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Cr.No. 441 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR Court), Tirunelveli on 26.02.2021.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
