Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 19.02.2013 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of Ayan Nanja land comprised in S.F.No.110/3, Pandamangalam Village, Woraiyur, Tiruchirappalli Taluk and District.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2013, wherein, the petitioners are seeking for the issuance of patta in their names with respect to the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.04.2013, this 1/3

Court directed the petitioner to implead the necessary parties and accordingly, impleading petition was filed and it was allowed by this Court and the proposed fourth and fifth respondents have been made as parties in this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.K.S.Sankhar Murali, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate, for the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners, on 19.02.2013, after affording opportunity to the petitioners and the impleaded respondents 4 and 5 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
