No.5918/2019, Dated 24.04.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court in Cr.No.101/2019 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to the accused, as per the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5918 of 2019, dated 24.04.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5918 of 2019, dated 24.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, the time limit granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5918 of 2019, dated 24.04.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
