Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned Sub Judge, Vedasandur in her letter dated 28.09.2020, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2020 in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.40 of 2020 to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2019 is extended by three months from today and no further extension will be granted in future.
