PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 04.04.2019 made In Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5154 of 2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the condition, which was imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.5154 of 2019,dated 04.04.2019.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the aforesaid order, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders, the petitioners from the date of executing the bond i.e. From 27.04.2019, they have regularly complied with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that they are not able to go to the police station daily and therefore, the said relaxation petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has fairly conceded that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 27.04.2019 onwards without any deviation.
5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
