Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SULTHAN BASHA for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6566 of 2019, dated 30.04.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily morning and evening at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard Mr.Sulthan Basha for M/s/Ajmal Associates, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 03.05.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
