Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accept the petitioner's certificates either by online or in person and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any of the suitable post of the Combined Civil Services Examination (Group IV) advertised in notification No.19/2019, dated 14.06.2019, by the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's certificates and appoint him in any of the suitable post, as per first respondent's notification No.19/2019, dated 14.06.2019, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2019.

2.Today (07.01.2022), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the entire selection process is over in the year 2019 and the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted.

W.P(MD)No.1211 of 2020 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also conceded with the submission made on behalf of the respondents. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the entire selection process is over in the year 2019 itself, no order can be passed in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is closed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
