ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was land dispute between them, due to which, the petitioners damaged the bricks that belonged to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in

this case. The petitioners 2 and 3 are father and son and the petitioners 1 and 4 are employees and prayed the petition to be allowed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties. With the help of JCB, the petitioners damaged the bricks that belonged to the defacto complainant, worth about Rs.3,00,000/-,

5. It is seen that the offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the petitioners are directed to approach the trial Court. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
