ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allow Paraikaruppasamy Temple bull to participate in Balamedu Jallikattu on 16.01.2023 by considering the petitioner's

representation dated 29.12.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.Veera.Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that if the authorized person representing the temple submits an application, the same will be considered on merits by the 1st respondent.

5.In view of the aforesaid submission, we direct the authorized person, who is representing the temple to make an application by today (12.01.2023)

itself before 05.00 p.m.. On receipt of such application, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law by today itself.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
