ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.312 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 01.12.2016 in Crime No.312 of 2016, under Sections 427, 447 and 379 I.P.C., But, so far the final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after registering the case, investigation has been done and the case has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' to that effect and also the report filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. He further submitted that the RCS Notice also served on the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
