ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the District Munsif, Aundipatti to expedite the trial process and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2018, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Expressing grievance over the pendency of the suit without any progress for more than four years, this petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the same.

3.Considering the age of the some of the defendants, who are the respondents in this petition, this Court directs the learned District 2/4

Munsif, Aundipatti, strictly to comply the Official Memorandum of this Court in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics, without fail. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
