To call for the records relating to the judgment in S.C.No.127/2015 dated 22.01.2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and set aside the same and allow this Criminal Appeal.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1154 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.27 of 2019, dated 25.02.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted suspension of sentence and directed the petitioner to appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. pending appeal.

2.Heard Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 01.03.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court is being complied with by the petitioner and the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1154 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.27 of 2019 on 25.02.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
