This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 26.06.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has been sent through post and no complaint is received by the second respondent police.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 04.08.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
