Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.E.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4510 of 2019, dated 01.04.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted anticipatory bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. 2.Heard Mr.E.Balasubramanian, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 15.04.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
