CRL MP(MD) No.514 of 2021 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
