ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai District to expedite to dispose of the suit final decree application in I.A.No.82 of 2022 in O.S.No.121 of 2007 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The suit is of the year 2007, which is filed by the petitioner seeking partition and separate possession of the property. Preliminary decree was passed on 06.02.2018 and thereafter, appeal was filed by the respondent, which came to be dismissed at the SR stage itself. Thereafter, the petitioner filed final decree application in I.A.No.82 of 2022. Now it is being adjourned for taking steps. Hence, I.A.No.63 of 2023 is pending for impleading the legal heirs of the fifth respondent. 3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the final decree process within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
