This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.05.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.05.2015, a case was registered in Crime No.11 of 2015 by the respondent police.
