O R D E R
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.287 of 2008 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent to investigate the case along with the Crime Nos.288 and 721 of 2008, on the file of the fourth respondent herein.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that totally three cases have been registered in Crime Nos.287, 288 and 721 of 2008, by the third respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
subsequently, the Crime Nos.288 and 721 of 2008 have been transferred to the fourth respondent for investigation, but, the connected case in Crime No.287 of 2008 has not been transferred. He further submitted that all the three cases are relating to the same transactions, it is better to investigate by the same agency and hence, he is requesting the Court to transfer the case in Crime No. 287 of 2008 also to the fourth respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly conceded that the Crime No. 287 of 2008 is also connected with the other two cases and he has no objection to transfer the said case to the fourth respondent.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the case in Crime No.287 of 2008, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 307 of IPC is transferred to the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is directed to investigate in all the three cases i.e Crime Nos.287, 288 and 721 of 2008 and file final reports in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
