This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.384 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that C.C.No.384 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni, has been ended in acquittal on 19.06.2018 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
