ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed some amounts from the third respondent and the same was repaid with interest. But the third respondent is demanding exorbitant interest and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent. He further submitted that instead of taking action against the third respondent, the second respondent is compelling the petitioner to pay the interest which is exorbitant interest charged by the third respondent and thereby harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the third respondent has not lodged any complaint against the petitioner and only the petitioner has lodged a complaint and after enquiry, the said complaint was also closed and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
