RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence in S.C.No.183/2018 dated 22/04/2019 on the file of 1st Additional District Judge (PCR) Thanjavur and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The impugned judgment is a recent one and the life of 15 years old boy is said to have been taken away by the petitioner/appellant. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after advancing arguments sometime, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to renew the same at a later point of time and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.This Court heard the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4.In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sough for by the petitioner is granted.
