ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 13.12.2017 at about 10.30 a.m. in front of the petitioner's house, the proposed accused persons assaulted with deadly weapons and also criminally intimidated him and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent through a Registered Post and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and the enquiry is still pending before the second respondent.

is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
