This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent, 28.10.2019 rejecting the request of the petitioner to remove his name from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that History Sheet was opened in the year 2018 and thereafter, except one case in Cr.No.301 of 2019, the petitioner has not involved in any case. In such view of the matter, he has already instructed the third respondent police to take appropriate action to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet.

3. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of and the third respondent respondent is directed to remove the name of the petitioner from the History sheet. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
