ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.784 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 03.11.2017 in Crime No.784 of 2017, under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 471 I.P.C., but, so far the final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he further submitted that the final report will be filed within three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent

is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within three months from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
