Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SADESKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6151 of 2019, dated 26.04.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted anticipatory bail and directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. 2.Heard Mr.S.Sadeskumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioners right from 11.05.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court is being complied with by the petitioners and the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6151 of 2019 on 26.04.2019 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police 'on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.' until further orders. sd/- 15/05/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
