ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2024 from the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the file of the fourth respondent or any other investigating agency, and consequently to direct them to register a case and conduct investigation within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the said complaint had already been taken on file and the same has been closed.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 2/5

the petitioner had lodged a complaint as early as August 2024 and that the third respondent had not taken any action on the same. In fact, the petitioner has also impleaded the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as a party respondent. At this stage, the CBI cannot be impleaded without any sufficient grounds. The petitioner has unnecessarily impleaded the CBI. Further, the petitioner has not approached this Court at the appropriate time. After a lapse of more than one and a half years, the present Writ Petition has been filed. These facts are recorded and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
