The second appeal sought to be preferring on the file of the Court against the Judgement and Decree passed in AS 274/2006 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai dated 15.04.2008 which is was confirmed Decree and Judgement passed in OS No.587 of 1992 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirumangalam dated 03.04.2006.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof in the presence of M/S. J.GUNASEELANMUTHIAH, Advocate for the petitioner herein the court made the following order:- "Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and MP(MD)No.1/2009 is restored to file."
