This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents No.1 to 3 to earmark the new place where the objectionable pole has to be erected in virtue of the order passed by this Court in WP (MD) No.15517 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025 inconsonance with the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the 5th respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner has made a representation on 09.12.2025 before the third respondent seeking to earmark a new place where the objectionable pole has to be erected. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
