R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The Petitioner seeks for the production of the person of her minor daughter Viji, aged about 15 years. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Even in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the Petitioner has stated that the detenue has got acquaintence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.117 of 2021 with the third respondent herein/Selvam, who is a resident of Pappapatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the detenue is suspected to be living with the third respondent in Bangalore. It is also stated that the persons who have helped them to elope were already arrested and they were remanded to judicial custody 5.Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 /Police to secure the girl and produce her before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, for appropriate orders. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai is directed to monitor the investigation in this case.
