This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.726 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case in Crime No.726 of 2013 has been registered for the offence under Section 453 I.P.C. She further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 02.02.2015 in S.T.C.No.167 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
