(CRIME NO.720 OF 2018) ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No.19114/2018 dated 06.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3056 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19114 of 2018, dated 06.02.2019, in and by which, this Court has granted anticipatory bail and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Heard Mr.A.Balaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the State.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid condition is being complied with by the petitioner right from 02.04.2019 till date and therefore, the learned counsel seeks for relaxation. This fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed by this Court is being complied with by the petitioner and the fact that substantial portion of the investigation has also been completed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3056 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19114 of 2018 of 2019 on 06.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
