O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has made a false promise that he will make an arrangement for getting job in Singapore and based on the said promise, the petitioner gave him a sum of Rs.3,50,000/-. Thereafter, the proposed accused did not make any arrangement for getting job to the petitioner and he has refused to return back the amount also. Hence a complaint has been lodged before the respondent on 21.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner's compliant has been forwarded by the Superintendant of Police, Virudhunagar District, to the respondent. He further submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the occurrence took place at chennai and hence, the respondent has sent back the complaint to the Superintendant of Police, Virudhurunagar District with a request to transfer it to the Chennai Police.
