Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension of time of the operation of the order in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3675 of 2019 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.3136 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to deposit the sum as directed by this Court on 22.04.2019. Since there was a difficulty in mobilizing the amount, the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition within the stipulated time by this Court by order, dated 22.04.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.
