ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give appropriate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner at the hands of the third respondent, his men, agent, servant or hirelings.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation through RPAD to the Commissioner of Police on 18.01.2020, which has been forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry. He would further submit that the second respondent has visited the address given in the complaint and that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.949 of 2020 and her husband were not available in the address. He would also submit that necessary protection will be granted to the petitioner and her husband in person, after due enquiry. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is seen from the petition that the petitioner and her husband have married against the wish of their parents and they belonged to two different religions and thereby, the respondents are directed to seriously taken into consideration the petitioner's representation.
