O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.315 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC, which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the driver of the bus. He further submitted that the deceased has driven a Two Wheeler and hit with the stationed lorry, but, with a view to get compensation a case has been registered against the petitioner and hence, the same has to be quashed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent has submitted that based on the said complaint charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.10310 of 2017, on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputur, and three witnesses have been examined before the Court and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the aforesaid Submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
