ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 5 to 19. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a trust for planting trees and that the private respondents have been interfering with the petitioner's activities and that though the petitioner lodged a complaint, the respondent police has not taken any action.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that so far, three FIRs were registered against the petitioner in Crime Nos.216 of 2020, 184 of 2021 and 74 of 2022 and investigation are pending. He would further submit that the petitioner's complaint is pending in CSR.No.200 of 2022.

4.Recording the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 05.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
