ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.NALLAMUTHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court as per the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4141 of 2019, dated 19.03.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
